Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

*Domestic Shipping:* We offer standard and expedited options. Depending on where you are, time usually takes anywhere from 3-7 business days for delivery.
*Canada Shipping:* We ship internationally! Delivery times vary from 7-21 business days based on destination.

Customs Fees

All customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery. These charges can vary based on your country's regulations and the total value of your order. This is best inquired with your local customs office for specific details.

Order Processing

Orders are processed in 1-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information included.

Return & Exchange Policy

Big Vigs Return & Exchange Policy

At Big Vigs, we work hard to provide you with a curated selection of high-quality, limited-supply goods. Owing to the nature of our exclusives, we have a limited return and exchange policy in place. We endeavor by due diligence to ensure that each item meets our quality threshold. However, there are cases whereby we do realize issues may arise.

**Damaged or Defective Items:**
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within [number of days] days of receiving your order. We're here to help!

**Size Exchanges:** 
We understand that sometimes finding a great fit can be an issue. If you need to exchange an item because of sizing issues, we're happy to help! Please feel free to contact us so we can assist with the process.

**Return Requests:**
Unless under certain circumstances, we do not accept returns. Please note that all requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you have received the wrong item or believe your product is defective, please contact us promptly with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

**Authorization Required:
In order for you to start the return or exchange process, you need permission first from Big Vigs. Permission will be accorded along with returning of instructions. Do not send items without permission, please.

**Shipping Costs:**
Please note that return shipping cost is to be paid by the customer. If it's an exchange, you'll need to pay shipping for the new item.
 
**Refunds:**  
Returns that have been approved will be processed immediately. Credit to original payment method made within 7 day after delivery.
 
**Final Sale Items:**
Some products can be marked as "final sale" and may not be returned or exchanged. We want you to pay due attention to product descriptions before making a purchase.
